NOTE REGARDING DEADLINE FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS.
As of 2009, the month in which licenses are renewed for all
Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Professional
Counselors will change from June to February. Therefore, for
the biennium that began July 1, 2007, renewals will be due to
DRL by February 28, 2009. For this licensing period, only
25 CEUs will be required, 4 of which must be in professional
ethics and boundaries. After February 28, 2009, the two-year
license window will run from 3/1/odd to 2/28/odd and 30 credit
hours with 4 in professional ethics and boundaries will be
