Description:  So often, leadership is framed as a position to earn or a checklist to complete. What if we flip the script: exploring leadership as an orientation, a practice of connection, and a source of meaning and renewal? 

Together with members of our ABIDE Committee, we’ll highlight diverse voices and experiences that may challenge outdated structures and bring light to more inclusive pathways forward. Through a keynote, interactive panel, and breakout discussions, we’ll reflect on questions like: 

Whether you’re a seasoned executive, a new professional, or somewhere in between, we invite you to join us in curiosity and exploration of leadership in its many forms. This two-hour gathering will offer us all a chance to connect, reflect, and imagine inclusive leadership for the future of human services. 

A certificate for 2 hours of in-service credit will be issued to qualifying attendees!
