The HR COP is coordinated by WAFCA members. The 2026 meeting dates are:

• Wednesday, February 18 from 12-1pm
• Wednesday, May 20 from 12-1pm
• Wednesday, August 19 from 12-1pm
• Wednesday, November 18 from 12-1pm

All coordination takes place through the HR E-list, which you can sign up for by completing the following steps:

1. Log into your profile (wafca.org) and click on "My WAFCA Profile" below your name badge. (If you need assistance logging in or need new staff set up with an account, please contact [email protected])
2. Hover over the "My Features" tab and select "E-Lists".
3. Make sure the HR E-list says "On" under both "Subscribed" and "Email Delivery". (Once completed, you should receive a welcome email. If you don't, you may want to check your junk/spam folders.)
4. To start participating, click "Post a New Message".
