Quality communication is at the core of strong teams - from our work with families to our interactions within our agencies to our cross-system engagements. High quality communication delivers impactful results and impactful results must be communicated to elevate and grow the work of our sector.

Join us in Madison on March 7-8 for our annual WAFCA Leadership Summit as we explore the value of robust, strategic and authentic communication.

  • We will hear from member leaders sharing their experience advocating with local elected leaders.
  • We will consider the power of the media to tell our story, move public opinion and impact policy.
  • We will hear strategies from state leaders who are committed to inter-agency communication to streamline complex systems.
  • We will see the fruits of intensive communication and relationship building as provider and county partners share their collaborative efforts to deliver brighter futures.
  • We will explore tools to facilitate more inclusive dialogues that advance a sense of safety, voice and belonging in our places of work and beyond.
