Working for mission-driven organizations is a privilege. Even amidst the swirl of uncertain futures and floundering funding, our human services work provides a beacon of possibility grounded in transformative relationships. To continue shining this hopeful light, leaders know that we need to attend to our personal wellbeing. We hear that inner voice reminding us that we can't give what we don't have and yet, and yet...

Join us for two-days of retreat and regrouping as we gather with Chuck Price and Diane Cable of Blue Collar Consulting to look inward and assess our own capacities to move beyond the day-to-day stressors toward greater creativity and growth. Together, through engaging exercises and inspiring reflections on leadership, we will explore how compassionate and nurturing leaders create space for creativity to take flight.

On the second day of our gathering, we will place special focus on exploration of the Empathy Interview, a tool that equips leaders to deepen organizational awareness and glean authentic insights from those most impacted by our services and supports.

Held on the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan, this rejuvenating event is a great opportunity for leadership teams to share in some reflective time together—elevating spirits and embracing possibility. A family-friendly event, the schedule provides time for exploring and connecting in activities along this iconic peninsula.
