Description: During this virtual training we will go over the top areas that impact the experience of burnout: Stress Management, Time Management, Boundaries, Personal Care, and Mindset. In each section we will discuss critical background and solutions that you can apply immediately to alleviate burnout, reinforce work-life balance, and optimize your performance.

Learning Objectives:

  • Develop a shared understanding of what burnout is and what it tends to look like for us
  • Understand the relationships between burnout and each of the included skills (Boundaries, Personal Care, etc.) 
  • Incorporate the proposed solutions in each section for immediate relief and quality of life improvement 

Presenter Information: Emily Ballesteros holds a master’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology and worked in corporate training and development before launching her burnout management business. In addition to being featured in media such as TIME and The Wall Street Journal, she regularly provides burnout trainings for corporations such as PepsiCo, Salesforce, and Paypal, among others. Her book, The Cure for Burnout, was recently published by Penguin Random House, and today she is going to talk to us about what we can do to prevent and manage burnout in today's busy world.
